Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. If you have any questions regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact our support team.
