If you can witness all the issues and not get involved in it, that little distance can actually change the whole perception and methods you use to deal with your problems.
Here in this 21 Days program you are trained to create that gap and get the actual picture of life and its experience without any pre conceived perception. Your body and your mind start listening to you and you are able to experience the touch of blissfulness within. You are able to experience life as an awareness. We do not force Kundalini Jagran at our institute but just by the methods of Yoga many have experienced Kundalini Jagran and Sidhi at Kunjikaa Center.
